RETURNS:

For a limited time only, enjoy FREE RETURNS on all orders, valid within Canada except for the three territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. We gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. All clearance items, jewelry, masks, and mask filters are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steve Madden stores (this excludes apparel items). Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Click here to find a store near you. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

For returns by mail, sign in to your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ‘View Order’ then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item(s) you wish to send back. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.
