For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steve Madden stores. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Click here to find a store near you. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.
Steve Madden will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please sign into your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ‘View Order’ then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item you wish to send back.
Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 plus tax per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.
Clearance Items and Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. All purchases are final on Clearance items and Earrings.

You will not be charged until your order is verified, payment has been authorized, and your order has entered the shipping process. However, Steve Madden reserves the right to decline your order at its sole discretion, at any time, whether you have received a confirmation or your credit card has been charged. Some of the reasons your order may be declined are if the goods are unavailable, if pricing is in error, or if there are problems concerning credit or an issue of fraud is detected. We will contact you if we need more information. If your order is declined, we will credit your original method of payment for any amount charged with respect to such order. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.
