HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2022.

Please note that we cannot do any returns, exchanges or price adjustments during major holiday promotions including Black Friday (November 26) and Boxing Day (December 26) in store.

RETURNS

For a limited time only, enjoy FREE RETURNS on all orders, valid within Canada except for the three territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

* Return in one of our retail stores: For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steve Madden stores. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes Apparel items. Clearance items, masks, and mask filters may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Click here to find a retail store near you. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

* Return via mail: For a limited time only, enjoy free returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please sign into your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ‘View Order’, then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item you wish to send back. Check the box next to the item and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next, you will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. This label is a prepaid Canada Post shipping label. You may give the package to a Canada Post office. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. You may request a return online by signing into your account, via phone 1-877-940-9480, by email info@stevemaddencanada.ca, or by live chat. Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Clearance items, masks, and mask filters are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Steve Madden merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 1-877-940-9480 to get return authorization and a prepaid Canada Post shipping label to send the original item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
