For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steve Madden stores. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Click here to find a store near you. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.
Steve Madden will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please sign into your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ‘View Order’ then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item you wish to send back.
Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 plus tax per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.
Clearance Items and Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. All purchases are final on Clearance items and Earrings.

To ensure a safe shopping experience we will be implementing the following safety measures recommended by our government and health organizations in all our stores. Here’s what you can expect to see in our stores:
Hand sanitizer stations will be available at the entrance to allow you to sanitize your hands before entering.
Staff will have the necessary protective masks at their disposal to protect themselves.
We’re ensuring physical distancing by adding floor stickers to remind shoppers to stay 2 meters apart.
We will complete frequent sanitizing and cleaning of high traffic surfaces.
Our sitting areas will be routinely disinfected and we will limit the amount of customers in store to allow ample space for safe and comfortable shopping.
Footwear will be disinfected before and after trying on.
We will be adding cash desk shields and we will sanitize between every customer.
We will encourage contactless payment.
Returns will be held for a 48 hour period before becoming available for sale again.
Shopping in the age of social distancing is still evolving so there may be some other changes to your shopping experience. All measures are there to protect you and our staff, we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
